Three by-polls for Karnataka MLC elections are set to happen on 30 June 2023. Today, Monday congress party declared all three candidates, and their names are as follows,

By-elections in Karnataka are happening due to resignations from the ex-MLCs like Laxman Savadi, R Shankar, and Baburao Chinchansoor. All of them contested the Karnataka assembly elections – 23 and only Laxman Savadi won the assembly election from the Atahani constituency.
HMD Global has launched another new phone officially, which is named as Nokia C1, it is aimed at Africa. This phone is an entry-level device and it has come soon after the company launched the Nokia 2.3 at their Egypt event.
Nokia C1 comes with a devoted Google Assistant button on the left side of the screen for quick and easy access. It also supports FM radio, 3.5mm audio jack, and it will be available in single and dual SIM options also. The smartphone is offered in two color options- Black and Red, it’s the price set at KES 5,999 (approximately Rs. 4,180).
In the specification department, the newly launched Nokia C1 runs on Android 9 Pie, it features a 5.45″ FWVGA and it has IPS display. The smartphone is equipped with unidentified quad-core processor that is clocked @ 1.3GHz. Moreover, the specs includes a Micro-USB port, a devoted Google Assistant button, and 1GB of RAM.
For photos, Nokia C1 sports a single 5-megapixel camera set up with f/2.4 on the back on the phone. Furthermore, the user will get a 5-megapixel front camera shooter for selfies and video calling.
The device also comes with flash on both front and back profile. Other specifications, the company has packed 2,500mAh removable battery, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, 16GB of onboard storage, and a microSD card slot. The smartphone supports 3G only, which is a big advantage of the device.
Today at 3:25 PM, history was made at Sriharikota space launch centre alongside successful 50th operation of the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV), the ‘workhorse’ of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).
The PSLV-C48 lifted off from the First LaunchPad (FLP) of the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SHAR), Sriharikota, to launch the RISAT-2BR1 (primary satellite), a radar imaging earth observation satellite into the orbit.
The latest satellite will be used in areas such as agriculture, disaster
and forestry management support. Assessing about 628 kg, the satellite was
located into an orbit of 576 km at an inclination of 37 degrees.
The PSLV-C48 brought nine international satellite from the US (six), and
one each from Israel, Italy and Japan as co-passengers.
These international consumer satellites were launched in a commercial
arrangement along with NewSpace India Ltd. The PSLV-C48 is the second flight of
PSLV ‘QL’ configuration with four strap-on motors. This was the 75th
vehicle mission launch from SDSC SHAR, Sriharikota, and 37th launch
from the FLP.
Earlier month, ISRO launched CARTOSAT 3 satellite on November 27, it was
a third-generation satellite having high-resolution imaging capability. And it
was OSRO’s second launch after Chandrayaan 2 in July. The CARTOSAT 3 brought
with 13 other commercial nano-satellite from the US into Sun Synchronous orbit.
This operation was ISRO’s 75th launch operation that will take place
from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.
In an extraordinary development, all four suspects, who were supposedly involved in the gang rape and murder of a veterinary doctor were gunned down by Cyberabad police in an encounter in the wee hours of Friday at Chatanpally in Mahabubnagar district, where the victim was previous set ablaze by the accused.
As per sources which is confirmed by Cyberabad police that the accused Mohammad, Naveen, Shiva and Chennakesavulu were killed in the encounter.
Police stated that all four accused tried to escape while the crime scene was being reconstructed and was killed in the encounter. This encounter took place just a few meters away from the place where the veterinary doctors were set ablaze.
The charred body of the doctor, who is working as an assistant veterinarian at a state-run hospital. It was found thrown under a tunnel at Shandnagar on November 28 morning, a day after the doctor went missing.
Those all four men, who work as lorry workers, their age between 20 and 24, were arrested on November 29 on charges of raping and killing the women who are a doctor and it has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days on last Saturday.
On Wednesday, the Government of Telangana had released orders for setting up a fast track court to try the four criminals. The Govt voted the court of 1st additional district & sessions judge in Mahabubnagar district as a special court for the quick track of this case.
After the murder of the veterinary doctor, there has been a national crime and many crossways the country has been wanting that the accused should be lynched or killed.

The smartwatches will come with a series of auto-installed apps, music streaming service, Spotify, peace of mind and safety app, Noonlight, and Nike Run Club. Moreover, the device features swim-proof speaker that offers users the ability to make and receive phone calls.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has cut down the price of its STV prepaid recharge plan of Rs. 899 for some time period. This new prepaid recharge plan is now offering with an Rs. 100 discount and it is up for Rs. 799. BSNL’s new prepaid plan of Rs. 799 price cut is only useful until September 23, which means suitable customer required to recharge in a few days, if they want to gain the profit.
Additionally, this new offer is alive in the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana circle only. Just Now, BSNL reportedly also announced two new prepaid plans, which is priced at Rs. 96 and Rs. 236. Both these new prepaid plans come with 28 days and 84 days validity, and it offers data benefit of 10GB each day. A complete data profit of 280GB is provided by BSNL STV 96 prepaid plan, and 840GB data benefit is provided by BSNL STV 236 prepaid plan. There are no calling or other profits packed with these two prepaid plans.
The telecom operator is offering these two new prepaid plans only in places where its 4G service is available. The areas that BSNL has listed with an active 4G network are in Maharashtra and include regions like Bhandara, Akola, Beed, Osmanabad, Jalna and other nearby regions.
